Luckily, you don’t have to settle for gas-station grade beans in the Gorge – the Daniel Boone Coffee Shop is a legit local coffee shop, serving up a tasty cup with beans sourced throughout the area (including from Deeper Roots, one of our favorites).
From coffee to cappucinos, mochas, and other espresso drinks, Daniel Boone has everything you would expect from a modern coffee shop. But, it goes beyond the standard coffee shop model to serve up some tasty hot breakfast, lunch wraps and paninis, and even bloody marys and coffee-based mixed drinks.
And, just beyond the coffee counter, you’ll find a full general store as well with everything from beans to make your own coffee (of course), to essentials such as groceries, sunscreen, charcoal, ice, firewood, and beer. With a location not far from the highway exit, this is a place you are sure to visit at least once during your trip.
